Wheat flour, vegetables 50% (cabbage, carrot, green peas, onion, mushroom), vermicelli, sugar, palm oil, water, salt, corn starch, ground pepper

ALLERGENS: Wheat (from Gluten)

Oven Bake

Preheat Oven to 200˚C (400˚F). Place on a baking tray & brush/spray with oil. Bake from frozen for approximately 15 minutes. Allow to cool & serve

Pan Fry

Preheat approximately 3cm of oil in a pan. Fry product from frozen for 4-5 minutes until evenly browned. Allow to cool & serve

Deep Fry

Preheat oil to 180˚C (350˚F). Fry product from frozen for 2-3 minutes. Allow to cool & serve
