Egg Pulp – Pasteurised liquid eggs are made from whole premium grade eggs presented in liquid consistency and packed in sterile containers. Suitable for preparing dishes containing eggs: scrambled eggs, omelettes, pastries, pancakes, quiches, cakes and pasta.

Egg White – Pasteurised liquid egg whites are made from separating the egg whites from egg yolks of carefully selected premium grade eggs. The whites are pasteurised and packed in sterile containers. Suitable for preparing dishes containing fresh egg whites: pastries, bakery products, savoury dishes and food production.
