Corn Range

Our corn range is carefully harvested to maximise the sweetness and tenderness. The young corn is then snap-frozen to ensure the nutrients are locked in.  Choose between Corn Cobs, Corn Kernels or Corn Ribs.

Corn ribs don’t replace corn cobs or kernels—they create another menu opportunity. They offer the familiar sweet flavour of corn in a modern, easy-to-share format that’s ideal for loaded toppings, signature seasonings and contemporary menus, helping venues add variety and increase perceived value with minimal menu disruption.

Whole corn cobs remain a menu staple that complements both corn ribs and corn kernels. While corn ribs offer a contemporary shareable option and kernels are ideal as an ingredient within recipes, whole corn cobs provide a classic, premium side dish that delivers generous portions, visual appeal, and the traditional corn experience many customers expect.

Corn kernels are the kitchen workhorse of the sweet corn category. While whole corn cobs provide a classic side dish and corn ribs deliver a modern, shareable menu item, corn kernels offer the versatility, portion control, and efficiency chefs need to create a wide range of dishes across every menu category.

Features & Benefits

Corn Ribs

  • A modern, on-trend menu item
Corn ribs deliver a unique presentation that stands out on the plate. Their distinctive shape creates a premium, shareable side or starter that offers customers something different from a traditional corn cob or kernels.
  • More flavour in every bite
The cut design exposes more of the corn surface, allowing seasonings, sauces and glazes to coat every piece. Unlike whole cobs, where flavour sits mainly on the outside, corn ribs provide more consistent flavour throughout each bite.
  • Easy to eat and share
Smaller than a full cob, corn ribs are easier to pick up, dip and share. They’re ideal for grazing platters, appetisers, bar menus and shared dining experiences where a whole cob may be less practical.
  • Versatile across multiple menu occasions
Corn ribs work as a side dish, an entrée, a bar snack, or a vegetarian option. While corn kernels are typically used as an ingredient within a dish and whole cobs are often served as a side, corn ribs can become a featured menu item in their own right.
  • Creates a memorable customer experience
Their fun shape and finger-food appeal encourage interaction and are highly suitable for social media-worthy presentations. They offer customers a fresh way to enjoy sweet corn while complementing existing menu favourites like corn cobs and corn kernels rather than replacing them.

Corn Cobs

  • A classic, hearty side customers know and love
Whole corn cobs deliver a familiar, satisfying eating experience that suits a wide range of menus, from steaks and BBQ platters to seafood and family meals. They remain a popular choice for customers looking for a generous side dish.
  • High perceived value on the plate
A whole cob creates visual impact and adds substance to a meal. Compared with kernels, it provides a more premium presentation and helps round out main meals with minimal preparation.
  • Naturally retains sweetness and juiciness
Cooking the cob whole helps lock in the corn’s natural sweetness and moisture, delivering a fresh, juicy bite that customers associate with quality.
  • Whole corn cobs remain a menu staple, complementing both corn ribs and corn kernels. While corn ribs offer a contemporary shareable option and kernels are ideal as an ingredient within recipes, whole corn cobs provide a classic, premium side dish that delivers generous portions, visual appeal, and the traditional corn experience many customers expect.

Corn Kernels

  • Maximum menu versatility
Corn kernels can be incorporated into a wide variety of dishes, including salads, pizzas, tacos, pasta, soups, chowders, fried rice, poke bowls, fritters and fillings. Unlike corn cobs or corn ribs, they’re designed to be mixed into recipes rather than served on their own.
  • Fast, labour-saving preparation
Ready to cook straight from frozen, corn kernels eliminate the need to cut corn from the cob, reducing prep time and helping kitchens maintain speed and consistency during busy service periods.
  • Excellent portion control and reduced waste
Kitchens can use exactly the quantity required for each dish, helping to minimise food waste, improve portion consistency and better manage food costs compared with serving whole cobs.
  • Easy to incorporate into signature recipes
Corn kernels blend seamlessly with other ingredients, adding natural sweetness, colour and texture without dominating the dish. They’re ideal for chefs looking to enhance existing menu items or create new seasonal specials.
  • Suitable across every daypart and menu style
From breakfast fritters and café salads to restaurant mains, pizzas, sides and catering buffets, corn kernels work across virtually every cuisine and service style, offering unmatched flexibility in the kitchen.
