Oven Bake

Preheat the oven to 200˚C (400˚F) or gas mark 6. Place the product on a baking tray and brush or spray with oil. Bake for approximately 15 minutes. Serve.

Pan Fry

Preheat 3cm of oil in a pan. Fry product from frozen for 4-5 minutes. Turn product while cooking until golden brown. Drain and serve.

Deep Fry

Preheat the oil to 180°C (350°F). Cook from frozen for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Drain and serve.
