Oven Bake

Cook from frozen. Do not thaw. Pre-heat oven to 220°C, place frozen squid on a baking tray for 9 – 11 minutes. For best results turn squid over approximately 5 minutes. Allow to cool and serve.

Pan Fry

Cook from frozen. Do not thaw. Pre-heat cooking oil to 180°C, place product in the oil, cooking both sides for approximately 2½ minutes or until colour changes to golden brown. Allow to cool and serve.

Deep Fry

Cook from frozen. Do not thaw. Preheat oil to 180°C and deep fry for 4 - 5 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool and serve.
