Place the product in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 160˚C for 9 – 12 minutes.
Deep fry the falafel for 3 – 4 minutes in pre-heated oil of 175˚C. Do not fry too many at once to avoid heat loss.
