Put the desired amount of vegetables in a convenient and covered dish. Put the dish in the microwave for 7 minutes (for 500g) or 12 minutes (for 1kg) at 1000 watt.
Put 500g of frozen vegetables in a pan with 2-3 tablespoons of oil. Simmer for 7-8 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
