For best results, thaw in refrigerator overnight between 0°C to 4°C. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Add chorizo to medium-hot pan and turn during cooking. Cook thoroughly for approx 10-12 minutes, until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Drain well before serving.
